The course is designed to be practical and relevant to real life. It includes lots of ideas, tips and strategies, straightforward explanations and lots of information for you to use to improve how you handle, manage and resolve. It is not a theoretical or academic course on conflict management.

* How is your conflict management? including a conflict management assessment, where you will complete an assignment to assess your current conflict management skills and identify areas to improve on.  

* Conflict management tips & strategies: including looking at a range of conflict management tips and strategies. This section also includes an assignment to complete to understand the action you want to take to improve your conflict management skills going forward.  

* Your conflict management plan: including your conflict management assessment and your conflict management action plan to improve your conflict management skills.  

* Course summary: including a short summary of the course.  

We have also included introductions and summaries throughout the course to help with learning.  The course is in short bite sized lectures and you can see the detailed course content in the course curriculum.  

Practical activities - Developing your own personalised conflict management plan 

There are assignments to complete as you go through the course to develop your own personalised conflict management plan. These include an assessment of your current conflict management skills and developing your action plan to improve your conflict management skills going forward.  You will need to allow additional time in addition to the duration of the videos to complete the assignments.
